Regarding HA-FXC50 / FXC51 / FXC80 / KX100, Stereo headphones and Stereo headsets
It has been brought to our attention that a limited number of the above-mentioned headphones were distributed with a filter which could, in rare instances, detach during use. Although it is highly unlikely, we suggest that users should remove the filters from the headphones if their headphones incorporate such filters.
How to remove filters:
- First, remove the ear pieces from headphone.
- Pinch the tip of ear piece and push out the filter.
* The filter may stay on the headphone unit when the ear piece is removed. In that case, please remove the filter from the unit.
The sound performance of the headphones is unaffected by removing the filters. Should the ear piece become soiled by wax, please wash the ear piece with a mild detergent and let it air dry.
