Power on your GY-HM100U camcorder and open the LCD monitor.
Insert a blank SD/SDHC card to SD SLOT A.
Press [MENU] and then press [SET LEVER] to scroll to MEDIA SETTING. Press the center of [SET LEVER].
From MEDIA SETTING screen, press center of [SET LEVER] to select FORMAT.
From the SLOT SELECTION screen, press [SET LEVER] to select SLOT A.
From FORMATTING SLOT A screen, while pressing [USER2], push center of [SET LEVER]. This displays current CPU version.
Once the complete firmware version set is displayed,
use the data from the last column from each row and enter it in the form below.
For example, when the row shows:
Current Version: CAM 1.07
You should enter:
107 in the field for CAM.
Select NO to update firmware by pushing [SET LEVER].
Please specify the version numbers for the following as shown on your setup screen (or '0000' for D-ILA projectors).
