Use Internet Explorer to access your VN-C20U via its web address.
From the camera's home page, navigate to the Status menu by clicking the Status link on the page.
Navigate to the Settings menu by clicking the Settings link near the bottom of the page.
Enter the firmware version found in the first line of the settings page into the text box below.
Please specify the version numbers for the following as shown on your setup screen (or '0000' for D-ILA projectors).
