Relief Recording (HDD) Suppose you've set the recording timer but forgotten to load a disc, or you've loaded a disc but its remaining blank space is insufficient for the program you intend to record. JVC recorders automatically detect the absence of a disc or a lack of space, and record the program on HDD instead -- from beginning to end.
